On Wednesday, March 29 2017, I sent a message detailing my problem with the Call Waiting feature that isn't working since the server upgrade, as well as ALL my phone calls that drop after 10 minutes on the dot.
As of April 7, 2017, well, my message has not yet been seen, and here's the proof. And none of my messages on this Forum have been handled by a NetTalk admin. I'm attaching the proof, which is a screenshot taken a few minutes ago.
NetTalk, I don't give a damn about you anymore - on the "Canadian" side of the border, there are many higher instances and steps that can be taken. All I want is the SERVICE THAT I'VE PAID IN FULL FOR A 12 MONTH SERVICE, is this too much to ask??????????

i have been trying to solve a problem with my nettalk duo & have tried to access chat from my nettalk account. clicking on it does absolutely nothing. is there a new way to report problems & seek resolution?
nettalk is not recognizing answering machines, or voicemail pick ups on unattended cell phones, or automated answering systems at vet or doctors' offices. i am not able to leave a messages on these devices from nettalk. my nettalk just keeps ringing. i have been told that answering machines 'kick on' but nothing happens at the nettalk end. this is a NEW problem. i have made no equipment or setting changes. this is more than a minor inconvenience as in my area 911 calls must go through an automated system, if there are handling multiple calls. also, i have not found a way to activate chat through my nettalk account. clicking on it does absolutely nothing. anyone got ideas? thanx.
Since the server upgrade, I've had to change my voicemail greetings etc, which is ok. But what about the Call Waiting feature? A few people complained that they tried calling me during a specific time, and they ended up in my voicemail directly - I know they called while I was already on the phone, and never heard the "Call Waiting Beep".
To be sure, I called myself like I used to in the past to test my phone. Well, my phone doesn't ring at all and it goes straight to the "Unavailable Greetings' voicemail".
What's happening NetTalk? Have you removed the call waiting feature without prior notice?

Has anyone had a call drop consistently after 15 minutes? I have checked everything on the router and even talked to Windstream, they claim it's not on their end. Does anyone have any ideas why this suddenly started happening?
For the last couple of days with all of my DUO's with subscriptions is getting "Please add talk credit...". The DUO's seems to be working fine I can receive calls, so I am wondering if there is global issue. Is anybody else having problems.
