Help Needed
I went to activate my nettalk Duo tonight, it will no make calls or recieve calls, I think it's an issue with the new phone number as the light turns red as I try to call out and can not get any ringing trying to call in? I got this to replace a tk6000 and would like to port my number over soon as we get this figure out?

Just wanted to ask if you successfully activated it on the nettalkconnect portal? Also, does your new duo show up on the portal as a device that you can manage? If so, click on Manage, then Phone Numbers to confirm that the phone number is active.
